The summer crowds have subsided and visitors can savour the solitude and enjoy the ever-changing seas that are all part of the magic of Portloe at this time of year. Lovely, blustery walks along the coastline are best followed by a warming hot toddy in front of our roaring log fire.

Alternatively, relax and unwind with one of our spa treatments for a truly sybaritic experience. Enjoy relaxing aromatherapy, reflexology or Reiki treatment or spoil yourself with a luxury pedicure and manicure.

For golfers, we can offer a reduced rate at Trevose Golf Course on the spectacular North Coast or at nearby St. Austell Golf Club.

For those ready to explore, the Eden Project is close by and should prove a memorable experience, but without the crowds. Visits to the National Maritime Museum at Falmouth and the Tate Gallery in St. Ives are a must. The magic of Daphne du Maurier country surrounds us.
